Latest report with insider information claims that the all-new 2021 Ford F-150 first build dates are delayed until September or October, depending on the factory. This leaked information comes to us via F150Gen14.com forums. This schedule in unofficial and the dates are subject to change.

It’s no secret that all new vehicle release dates are delayed due to the virus shutdowns in one way or another. Here is the latest information we have about the new 2021 F-150 truck lineup.

As far as we know, the 2021 F-150 is getting a thorough update inside and out. The latest prototype images show a drastically updated interior (see the video below). Exterior images show a new face, lights, wheels, and an updated rear end.

The report says that the new 2021 F-150 dealership order acceptance date is June 15th, 2020. Presumably, this is as early as anybody can order the new truck. We may see an official debut of the new truck a couple of week prior, but the precise date is yet unknown.

The first build date for the new truck (job #1 at the Dearborn Truck Plant) is said to be on September 28, 2020. The job #1 at the Kansas City facility is to follow on October 26, 2020. This is the same staggered schedule as initially assumed. Early adopters of the new truck should be able to get it October/November timeframe. Even this schedule is not set in stone, as the virus shutdowns may be extended or reinstated depending on what’s happening.

This report is supported by at least one Ford dealership website – here are McKIE Ford estimates for a release date and 2021 F-150 price.

With any luck, the world should see a new F-150 this year. The last order date for the 2020 F-150 is reportedly May 29th, 2020.
