Jeep is recalling 3,427 Gladiator trucks due to a part supplier failing to properly lubricate drive shafts. This may cause the driveshafts to overheat, seize, or fracture.

The affected 2020 Gladiator were produced between Dec. 15, 2018 and June 25, 2019. The affected trucks that have not been sold are under a stop sale until the issue is corrected. Owners of affected trucks will be notified on or after Oct 18, 2019.

Here are the two NHTSA documents that relate to this: document one and document two.
