The King Ranch model officially returns to the 2020 Ford Expedition lineup. 2020 Ford Expedition
Ford first introduced the King Ranch brand collaboration to the Expedition lineup in 2005. However, this trim level was unavailable over last couple years. For 2020, the King Ranch models gets you a nearly fully-loaded Expedition with unique leather seats, two-tone exterior paint, 22-inch wheels, power-folding side steps, and much more.
Power
Although the King Ranch package is available in the Expedition and the long-wheelbase Expedition MAX, there is just one engine option under the hood. It’s the familiar 3.5-liter EcoBoost twin-turbo V6. Ford is now providing the power output for this engine with 87-octane (not 93-octane) at 375 horsepower @ 5,000 rpm and 470 lb-ft of torque @ 2,250 rpm. If you remember this engine being rated at 400 horses, you can still get a bit more power from it using a premium fuel such as 91 or 93 octane. A 10-speed automatic transmission is still there as well.
Pricing
We have unofficial pricing for the new Expedition King Ranch from the dealership order guide process, shown above. The 2020 Expedition King Ranch 4×4 in premium white color is shown at $78,015 including Ford’s $1,395 destination fee.
If you rely on 2019 pricing structure for the Expedition. The 4×4 costs an additional $3,125 over a 2WD Expedition. A long wheelbase Expedition MAX adds $2,685 to the bottom line. Once again these are 2019 prices. The 2020 pricing structure may change a bit.
