Get ready to grill with this latest Nissan Titan concept called the #SmokinTitan. The truck and trailer are being shown at the 2018 Work Truck show this week in Indianapolis, IN.

The project began with a Nissan Titan XD King cab with a 5.6L gas V8 engine. Next up is a customized CM Truck Bed with three tw0-burner grills and two cutting boards. There is a large cooler in the back of the cab, and a trailer in two that is built from a rear section of a Titan with a bed loaded with smokers, supplies, and a large sink.

Add custom wheels and tires, and you have yourself a premium kitchen on wheels. This is a concept vehicle that is meant to demonstrate the customization possibilities for a new Titan XD and Titan 1500.

TFLtruck is on location in Indianapolis, IN to bring you all the latest news from the show. Stay tuned to our TFLnow Youtube channel for much more news on March 7, 2018.

    1. A bit contrived, swapping the truck bed for kitchen service body and then use the original bed as a trailer. Could’a just built a trailer. That, and it does nothing to showcase anything about the Titan.

    2. Sorry but no. The truck bed should house the coolers and wood chip storage and cabinets and everything else you need for supplies. V trailer should be your barbecue pits and burners.

This was a cool concept poorly executed by people who’ve never actually done what the truck is meant for

    3. Call me paranoid! But I prefer that my barbecue pit not be located over my truck’s gasoline fuel tank. I did a lot of foolish things when i was young, but this would not have been one of them.

      1. My thoughts exactly. People always BBQ off the hitch or the trailer, never have I seen anyone dumb enough to grill inside the bed. Is this how Japan thinks tailgating is done?

    4. Uhhhh, Smoker no. Warrior Yes. Should have put the money from this fiasco into rolling out the Warrior which would have sold numbers of high margin models and dramatically increased base model sales.
