What are the best towing and off-road trucks in the land? This is what the 2016 Gold Hitch awards are about. We do detailed real-world testing to measure the trucks and SUVs against each other. This includes the Ike Gauntlet extreme towing, highway MPG loop, and Off-Road trail testing.
The categories and competitors for the 2016 Gold Hitch awards are below. The competitors are trucks and SUVs that are either all-new for 2016, have notable upgrades, or trucks that we have never tested before.
We want to send special thanks to all the manufacturers for sending the trucks for us for evaluation and competition in the awards.
We are still in the process of completing the testing. The entire TFLtruck team will get together for the final voting, and the results and winners will be announced today at 6pm MT (the Monday before the 2016 Denver Auto Show).
