Which New Trucks do You Hope to See at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show? [Poll]

Starting next week, TFLtruck will be at the 2016 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit bringing you coverage on new truck reveals and concepts. We have our guesses as to what we might see. Some debuts are a sure thing, others are more speculative. Among the list of new trucks we think we might see are:

Chevy / GMC HD: Images like these have been showing the next generation of heavy-duty trucks from General Motors for a couple of years now. Will they be prepared for battle against Ram’s 6.7L Cummins with 900 lb-ft of torque?

Ford Bronco: Rumors of a Ranger-based Bronco (obviously not the one pictured below) have been buzzing around the inter-webs for a while now. With the recent deal Ford has reached with the UAW, our fingers remain crossed.

Ford Ranger: There is much hype around this truck, and almost as certainty. Another competitor in the midsize truck segment is always welcome, especially one as pedigreed as the Ranger.

Ford Raptor: Having appeared in concept form a year ago, the production 2017 F-150 SVT Raptor should not be far behind. Will it be at Detroit? Stay tuned.

Honda Ridgeline: The second generation Ridgeline appears to have a proper truck bed. With the new Tacoma and Colorado/Canyon pickups, the Ridgeline needs to bring it if it’s going to join the big… er, midsize boys.

Hyundai Santa Cruz: Granted, the Santa Cruz is actually a small SUV with unibody construction, but it has a bed so it made the list. Likely slotting in below current midsize pickups, the Santa Cruz may scratch some buyers right where they itch.

Jeep Gladiator: Call it what you want for now, but if the Wrangler were to be offered with a bed, we can see people clambering to get their hands on one… present company included. This one appears to be less likely to debut next week, but you never know.

Nissan Frontier: The Nissan Navara pictured here might indicate styling cues for a new Frontier… if there is one. We know that Nissan will show a concept truck, but what exactly will it be?

Our question to you is, which trucks are you most excited or hopeful for?
