Time for the world to rejoice as a the 2015 Ford Ranger debuts. The 2015 Ford Ranger comes with a standard 128 or 158 (depending on the version) horsepower 2.2-liter, four-cylinder turbo-diesel and a 163 hp 2.5-liter gas engine.

A big honkin’ five-cylinder, 3.2-liter turbo-diesel that makes 346 lbs-feet of torque is available as well. A six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission are the only transmissions available.

The 2015 Ford Ranger will be sold in over 180 countries, but not in the United States.

According to Ford, the 2015 Ford Ranger can tow up to 7,700 lbs. It is available as a 2WD or 4X4 and, with an up to 31-inches of water fording ability, 28-degrees of approach angle and 25-degrees of departure angle – the 2015 Ford Ranger has the potential of being a formidable off-road truck.

The 2015 Ford Ranger is available in a standard cab and double cab. A cab-chassis version is available too.
