Based on the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 double cab with the Z71 Off-Road package, the Chevy Silverado Polaris ACE+ Concept has a 6-foot, six-inch bed. The Chevrolet Silverado Polaris ACE+ Concept is sized perfectly to hold the Polaris ACE. Built exclusively for the 2014 SEMA show, the Chevrolet Silverado Polaris ACE+ Concept showcases the aftermarket look of the Chevrolet Silverado Polaris ACE+ Concept along with the dramatic looks of the single-seat Polaris ACE.

“The Silverado is designed to work hard for its owner, on or off the clock,” said Sandor Piszar, director of Chevrolet truck marketing. “Pairing it with the new Polaris ACE perfectly illustrates how the Silverado easily changes its support role when it’s time to leave the job site for the trail head.”

While a majority of the Chevrolet Silverado Polaris ACE+ Concept is upgraded for appearance, it does have large 33-inch, off road tires, Brembo brakes featuring 16-inch slotted front rotors with 6-piston calipers and upgraded, performance air intake and exhaust system. Couple that to 22-inch aluminum wheels, fender flares a bed-mounted lighting bar (with LED lights) and a host of appearance upgrades, Chevrolet looks like they built this one with an eye for production – in some form.

The overall package definitely compliments the all-new Polaris ACE.

“The revolutionary design of the new Polaris ACE is the perfect recreational partner for the technologically-advanced Chevrolet Silverado. It combines the size and nimbleness of the company’s Sportsman All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) with attributes of traditional side-by-side vehicles in a rider-centric design with a trail-capable and easily-transportable 48-inch width.

The Polaris ACE features a centralized, single seating position between the four wheels, along with 10.25 inches of ground clearance and – thanks to a fully independent rear suspension – 9.5 inches of rear travel. It also features Polaris’ on-demand all-wheel-drive system, which automatically engages when more forward traction is required and reverts back to two-wheel drive when it’s not.

The vehicle is available with a 32- or 45-horsepower ProStar® engine with electronic fuel injection, delivering smooth, efficient power.” – – Polaris

Like most of the vehicles debuting at the 2014 SEMA show, the Chevrolet Silverado Polaris ACE+ Concept was built to measure consumer reaction. General Motors has been known to build special, limited edition trucks before, so this truck (or something similar to it) has a chance of seeing production in the near future.
