2014 Nissan Titan – “Project Titan”

Nissan truck fans have spoken on the design of the “Project Titan”, which is built on top of a 2014 Nissan Titan Crew Cab PRO-4X. Result is a cool looking off-road expedition style rig. All modifications were chosen by the fans on Nissan Truck’s Facebook page and they mean business.

The truck and Manley off-road trailer sit on stylish 18-inch Fuel Revolver wheels with aggressive 35-inch Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires. There is an ARB custom front bumper/bull bar up front complete with a Warn winch and Bulldog LED lights. The ARE lockable topper hides a lot of the gear and food supplies in the back. There are even an ARB refrigerator and fresh-water show system in the bed.

Pickup and trailer are wrapped in a custom digital camouflage wrap that pay homage to the military equipment. Two Iraqi war veterans and Wounded Warrior Project alumni – David Guzman and Kevin McMahon – will pilot the “Project Titan” through Alaskan wilderness.

Titan’s 5.6L V8 engine was custom tuned by Nissan engineers for more power. It also uses a NISMO air intake and Borla cat-back exhaust system for more air flow. The guys should see a significant increase in performance. Interior has been made more comfortable with custom leather seats and sound system. There is also a specialized GPS unit to aid with navigation.

Their adventure starts today, but “Project Titan” will be at the State Fair of Texas at the end of the month where you will be able to get see how it did.
