The Ford F-150 SVT Raptor has been around since 2010, and yet GM has not challenged this very popular truck. Enter this customized 2014 GMC Sierra, named “Dirt to Date”. This truck was featured at 2013 SEMA show and will be on the cover of Truckin magazine next month. Why is it so cool? Well, it has fully custom and all-steel widened fenders, leveling suspension kit with Firestone air bags in the rear, 35 inch tires on 20 inch rims, custom front and rear bumpers, and very unique and useful double spare tire carrier in the back (from Addictive Desert Designs).
The stock 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 has been juiced up by a Magnuson supercharger to the tune of 510 horsepower. It also has enough Rigid LED lights up front to blind anybody within half a mile.
This truck was designed to handle off-road desert running, but it did not lose the appeal of a truck you can be proud to take your special someone to a nice restaurant.
