The Renault Trafic is a huge seller for Renault. Sales are over 1.6 million units in 34 years of production. This is a vehicle that Renault wants to use to keep current customers while luring in new ones. The next Renault Trafic van will be released this summer.

“Its lines embody Renault’s new brand identity. My aim was to achieve a dynamic, assertive stance without sacrificing either the robustness or user-friendliness customers expect of their van,” notes the designer of New Renault Trafic, Kihyun Jung.

Many components of the next Renault Trafic van will be shared with the Nissan NV200, but the looks is entirely Renault. Currently, there are no plans to bring the Renault Trafic van to the United States. Still, if and when Nissan changes its design language, we could see something that looks like the Renault Trafic on our shores. Maybe.
