The 2015 GMC Canyon is said, by General Motors, to have the best in class: towing, mpg, power, interior and payload. The 2015 GMC Canyon was introduced with a bevy of fanfare in Detroit, MI. In many ways, the 2015 GMC Canyon was full of firsts; it’s not only is the truck all-new, so is the CEO of General Motors, Mary Barra.
General Motors’ truck division, GMC, has put a lot of work into the 2015 GMC Canyon to make it looks a lot like the full-size GMC Sierra. The overall design is handsome and, many of The Fast Lane Truck’s staff think its the best looking mid-sized pickup trucks entering the market.
In this video, we get a sense of what General Motors and GM are aiming for with this introduction: Toyota and Nissan. Both Japanese automakers have dominated the American market with no real challengers usurping their sales. The old GMC Canyon was a bot of a disappointment and never truly challenged Toyota or Nissan. With this new truck, General Motors has a real shot of unseating both automakers.
The interior in the 2015 GMC Canyon alone completely rewrites the rulkes of what is to be expected in a modern, mid-sized pickup truck.
