    The entire process takes place in Michigan at the Ford Rouge Complex.

    All in all it takes about 12 hours from start to finish to ensemble and build a Ford F-150. Perhaps most interesting of all, in just one day Ford can build over 1000 new F-150 pickups.

    1. Watching that assembly makes me wonder why trucks are so expensive. UAW? It just makes it look cheaper to see it being put together.
