Top 2014 RV Debut for Winnebago Trend Class C Motorhome

WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES, INC. TREND
RV Business Magazine rated the Winnebago Trend Class C Motorhome “Top 2014 RV Debut.” Considering that the Ram ProMaster, the front=drive van the Winnebago Trend Class C Motorhome is based on, has just been introduced in North America, the depth of its platform looks pretty deep.

You can read about the Ram ProMaster underpinning the Winnebago Trend Class C motorhome (here).

“Just as the North American RV industry itself continues its impressive recovery, the compact, 9,350-pound GVWR Trend and Viva! companion lines of Class C motorhomes offer living proof that the RV industry is also regaining its edge in terms of authentically new and creative product development, said RVBusiness Publisher Sherman Goldenberg. “The Trend, Viva! and Winnebago’s new Travato Class B van camper, each built on Chrysler’s Ram ProMaster chassis, should serve the industry well in attracting the next generation of motorhome buyers.”

Having driven the Ram ProMaster the Winnebago Trend Class C Motorhome is based on, it’s a fantastic, easy to drive platform that should prove to be economical as well. Granted, the oversized bumper, which is usually black, may look a tad ungraceful – but it’s built with logic in mind. Having the headlights set high, the huge bumper was conceived for use in crowded cities. Despite this, it will work wonders for those who are new to maneuvering RVs.

Winnebago knows they have a winner in the Winnebago Trend Class C Motorhome.

“We agree whole-heartedly with RVBusiness’ recognition of the Trend,” said Winnebago Vice President of Sales and Product Management Scott Degnan. “The Trend and the Viva!, are true game changers. They are fuel-efficient, unique and innovative motorhomes that we believe will take the industry by storm. We are excited to receive recognition by RVBusiness and look forward to the great success we believe the Trend and Viva! will have in the marketplace.”
