    1. why is ford f150 towing so munch ford towing capacity is 8,560 because on the ford f150 2002 it’s 12.450 pounds so I don’t under stand that

    2. on the down hill test do you use tow haul ? I have 4 .6 L ford 150 reg with
bully dog , s s exhaust , k & N air induction and 3/4 ton under carriage tow cooler and transmission cooler ! works fine in PA USA thanks |Michael

      1. Hello Michael,

We always use tow-haul mode while towing. This includes the downhill of the Ike Gauntlet. We use all the available features of the truck that help towing. If the diesel truck has an exhaust brake, we use that too.

        Thanks!
        Andre.

    3. i AM VERY SAD TO SEE YOU GUYS HAVE NOT TESTED A RAM V6 UP THE IKE GAUNTLET WITH THE 3.55 REAR END. i KNOW WITH THE TOW PACKAGE AND AND THAT REAR END SUPPOSEDLY CAN TOW AWFUL CLOSE TO 7500 POUNDS WHICH IS ON PAR WITH THE ECODIESEL. PLEASE TEST THE RAM 1500 V6!!!!!!

    4. ALSO CAN WE GET AN IKE WITH A RAM 2500 CUMMINS TOWING THE SAME LOAD AS AN ECODIESEL SO WE CAN TRULY SEE IF THE CUMMINS CAN GET EQUAL MILEAGE WHILE TOWING. MANY TRUCK BUYERS WOULD JUST BUY THE CUMMINS EVEN FOR LIGHTER LOADS IF THIS TOWING MPG WERE SIMILAR TO THAT OF THE ECODIESEL, PLUS YOU GET THE MORE POWER OF THE CUMMINS!!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK BY THE WAY
