Winter has a firm grip on much of the United States and the world. Colorado is going through a cold spell, and we wanted to see how some of our trucks would start after being parked for more than a day in temperatures that hover near 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
The 1985 Chevy K10 "Big Green" project truck is moving right along. We love the way the truck looks, but the power and sound do not match the mucho appearance. Simply put, Big Green is currently just too quiet and too slow.

What will be our new long-term project truck? Well, we just bought a 1985 Chevy K10. It's big and it's green, and we are calling it "Big Green".
This may not be the ultimate of K10 trucks. One major reason is the 8-foot long bed, another is the 305 cu-in V8.
