Will the new 2019 Ram 1500 have two unique headlight sizes and designs? It’s common for all truck and car manufacturers to create several headlight options that vary from halogen bulbs to full LEDs. It is unusual to have a truck (or any vehicle) with two distinct headlight shapes and sizes.

Truck guys and gals love to customize their pickups in different ways. Some like a rugged look, while others like a sleek and luxurious appearance. Producing different size and shape lights is undeniably more expensive to manufacture and supply. It will be interesting to see all of the different grille, headlight, and tail light options on the upcoming 2019 Ram 1500.

As the debut of the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 draws closer at the 2018 NAIAS (Detroit Auto Show) in January 2018, more and more new Ram prototypes trucks are being seen on public roads. The image below came in today from Chicago.

Thus far, all of the 2019 Ram prototypes we have seen do not display the cross-hairs grille that we have become accustomed to, but Ram already been moving away from that design with recent Ram Limited, Rebel, and Power Wagon designs. In its place are grilles with horizontal bars with a couple of different variations.

Please stay tuned to TFLtruck.com for the 2018 Detroit Auto Show coverage that will kick off on January 14th, 2018. We will be there and bring you all of the latest truck news.

Here is a 2019 Ram 1500 prototype driving around.
