2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve: Is this the GOAT Armada? [Video]

This week at the State Fair of Texas, Nissan revealed the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve. The Nissan Armada Platinum was the Japanese Automaker’s top-of-the-line SUV. This new Reserve edition takes that vehicle one step further with a number of aesthetic changes, making it the GOAT Armada (according to Nissan).

Separating the GOAT armada from its non-reserve counterpart is a set of dark chrome exterior finishes. This includes the front grill, door handles, and mirrors. Also fit to this Armada are a set of 20″ Dark Chrome wheels. Plus, a “Platinum Reserve” badge at the rear of the vehicle.

The most notable difference is the two-tone leather seats with special stitching. Nissan have also given this armada black quartz and premium wood interior trim to add to the reserved feel. Finally, there is an embossed “Platinum Reserve” logo on the center console.

Cost

MSRP for the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve is $61,690 for the 2WD model and $64,590 for the 4WD model. That is roughly $3,000 more than the normal Platinum trim, if you were curious. The Platinum Reserve is set to arrive at dealerships in October. Although it is a special edition, Nissan have said that they will make as many as they can sell.

Is this Armada the greatest of all time? Nissan was so confident in that statement that they brought an actual goat on stage at the press release. Let us know what you think in the comments below!
