Large SUVs are doing very well. Nearly every SUV on in the full-size three-row segment continues to make sales gains. Chevy Tahoe is the only one on this list that sold fewer units in January of 2017 than in January of last year. The rest of the giant family trucksters are going gang-busters. The Ford Expedition SUV jumped up to third position in the sales ranking.
The 2017 Nissan Armada, fresh off of a complete redesign, is best improved for the month of January. The new Armada is knocking on the door of the GMC Yukon XL for the fifth place on this list.
When will we see the all-new 2018 Ford Expedition? Could it be this week (Chicago Auto Show)? Will Toyota ever redesign the Sequoia? These are great questions that we don’t yet have official answers to.
