Members of the 2017 Raptor Discussion group on Facebook are reporting “my 2017 Ford Raptor is in my driveway”. Many people who ordered their 2017 Raptor or a 2017 Ford F-150 with the 10-speed automatic have asked about the observed delays in deliveries. We recently reported about a backlog of up to 15,000 Ford F-150s and Raptors at Ford’s Dearborn, MI facility. These trucks were reportedly held back for retrofits.

There are several confusing reports out there about when customers may take delivery of the new Raptor or F-150, but one thing is clear. We have found several people on the “Gen2” Raptor Facebook group who appear to have taken delivery of a brand spanking new Raptor. The Raptors are making it to the dealerships and arriving at customer’s homes.

What is the most popular new Raptor configuration. It appears that Joey got it! It’s a Shadow Black crew cab. If you are wondering about the early production data on the 2017 Ford Raptor. Look no further.

Here is Joey’s truck.

Here is Joanne’s truck:

Thank you to all the members of the group for sharing the images of your new trucks.
