What do you do when you want to go desert racing (or pre-running) and the stock Ford F-150 Raptor by SVT is not quiet enough? You may need a little more ground clearance or more suspension travel to soak up more serious bumps and jumps. You can turn to the guys at Addictive Desert Designs (ADD). They are based in Mesa, AZ and love anything that has to do with trucks and off-roading.
ADD works on all trucks, not just Fords. They design and build off-road ready suspension systems with lots of travel and enough toughness to handle some serious off-road running. They have several front and rear bumper designs from a light-weight pre-runner style to mean-looking units with winch mounts and storage compartments. There is a whole lineup of parts: fenders, roof mounts, bed cages, tire carriers, side steps and sliders, and more.
There are different styles of parts from show-like flashy to tough and utilitarian. TFLtruck has come across their products on several occasions and we have been impressed with the craftsmanship and quality.
