Photo of the Day: a Jeep Forward Control pickup with… another Jeep Forward Control pickup?

Your eyes do not deceive you, there is an old, late 50’s/early 60’s Jeep Forward Control (FC) pickup truck. There’s also a concept sitting next to it called the “Jeep Mighty FC Concept.” Jeep converted a CJ-5 platform into a cab-over vehicle that made for a snappy pickup truck, among other configurations.

This photo of both a 1960-ish Jeep Forward Control pickup next to the Jeep Mighty FC Concept was taken over a year ago in Moab, UT during the Easter Jeep Safari. Yes, a few lucky journalists got to drive the concept. Some, drove it more than once.
